Hello, I’m Juana Lara. I introduce myself through this window so that you can get to know me and can count on me if you need advice or help in the field of communication, both for your company and for you as a professional.
I have worked in different organizations, both public and private, where I have held different positions of responsibility, but in all of them I have always kept in mind that communication plays a primary role in promoting projects and uniting teams.
Since 2016, I have been developing my professional role as a consultant in my own company, advising business groups and professionals in the ceramic, technology, port, food, metal, leisure and education sectors, among other fields.
My professional journey began more than thirty years ago. A path that has not always been easy nor has it been free of difficulties, but far from discouraging me, they have helped me continue growing and learning until I am a committed person for whom honesty and ethics are fundamental values in life and work job.
What would I like to add about myself?
That having worked in the media, in the business world and accompanying politicians from public institutions, has allowed me to understand and see the different perspectives of a project to make my contribution more valuable in the work that I carry out daily. An experience that translates into a large contact list.
That I am passionate about painting, not only to create, but to enjoy a personal process where imagination and creativity flow as do ideas. Working with color, but also with detail and the overall vision helps me, curiously, to approach my daily professional life from all possible perspectives and work on projects of very different tonality, but equally important.
It is not always easy to say no, but honesty is a value that in the long run creates lasting relationships over time. Not everything works, not everything is good or appropriate to do, that is why my proposals are designed from honesty after a deep analysis of the project, knowing that there are no magic recipes, but only good solutions.
And finally, those who know me know that my battle cry is “go for them.” So the more complicated and difficult a situation or project seems, the more motivated I am and I make an effort to shine ideas that must be true value propositions.
